The Pozzo di Vivalpa is located in the hinterland of the Marche hills, an ideal place for those seeking tranquility and silence: around the farmhouse there are only fields of wheat and sunflowers, olive groves and vineyards of the most important Marche wine houses.
Senigallia and its velvet beach is only 20 km while the historic center of Serra de’ Conti can be reached in 5 min by car; in half an hour you can reach Falconara airport and the highway, while the station and the port of Ancora are 50 km.
From the B.& B. you can organize different excursions in a day between the most evocative locations of the Marche: Loreto, the Frasassi Caves, the beaches of Portonovo, Numana and Sirolo and the Conero Park.
Unique feature of the structure is a well (hence the name) located inside the house in order to collect rainwater and distribute it in the garden from the two fountains.
In good season breakfast is served under the porch; in winter or on cold days it is served in the living room where at certain times the fireplace burns.
Guests can enjoy the large garden of the property, (which also includes a beautiful olive grove from which the owners obtain their oil), and where there is a mini pool/ Jacuzzi with solarium available to guests.
We accept small pets that can sleep in the room with guests; in the garden 10 cats (all sterilized) circulate freely.
The use of the kitchen is not available; any exceptions (e.g. preparing baby food) should be discussed during booking.

Rooms Guests are reserved a large bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed for families, the bathroom (not inside the room) is reserved for guests and adjacent to the room, with Jacuzzi; large parking space in the garden and free WiFi service.
