Charming villa with pool
Embraced by the peace and silence of its surroundings, La Monteduccia is a traditional Italian villa that stands gracefully among more than two hundred olive trees in the hills of the Marche hinterland.
...La Monteduccia is a Villa with a story to tell, its origins in fact going back many centuries. The first construction of the main building dates back to the end of the 1600s, born as a ‘fortified house’, in the following centuries it was transformed into an inn to offer accommodation to pilgrims on their way to Loreto.
In the second half of the 19th century, the noble owners transformed it into a beautiful farmhouse, later enlarged over the years to its current appearance. Today it is a luxurious yet cosy villa, ready to welcome you and provide you with a unique experience.
The Villa, arranged on three floors, welcomes you at the entrance with a large central living room, where in the background stands the striking original billiard table from the 1920s, completely restored. To the left of the living room we find the large dining room and another living room with a stone fireplace, while to the right of the central living room we have the beautiful two-door wooden door opening onto the kitchen.
On the first floor there are five bedrooms, three private bathrooms and a large shared bathroom. Finally, in the attic there is a splendid suite with a view of the small village of Ostra Vetere.
There are also two separate annexes, the Bicocca and the Bigattiera, which will allow those who decide to stay there to enjoy greater tranquillity and contact with nature during their holidays. Outside, there is also an ancient chapel and an elegant swimming pool.
